What causes leaves to become distorted on Plumeria?

Distorted leaves on Plumeria can result from pest infestations, such as aphids or spider mites, which can cause damage while feeding on the leaves. Inspect the leaves and undersides for signs of pests, and treat as necessary. Some viral infections can also cause leaf distortion; however, there is no cure for viral infections, so affected leaves should be removed to prevent further spread.
